Overview
Ahmadu Bello University awarded Magnitude the contract to construct a waiting lounge and its accessories at the Distance Learning Centre, Site II, in Zaria. The facility gives students and visitors a covered place to wait and gather at the centre.
The works
The contract covers construction of the waiting lounge together with the accessories that make it usable, as set out in the university's award letter. Work began in 2026 and is still in progress.
Our role
Magnitude is the prime contractor. We hold the contract directly with the university and are responsible for delivering the works on site.
